Ginger Mouse's Cosy Story:
The story of how 'Ginger Mouse' got his name. One Christmas a group of young mice decided to go in search of treats at the huge house on the hill. Looking through the window, they saw sparkly fairy lights, a glowing Christmas tree and a ginormous table full of the most delicious food. Their noses twitching in excited anticipation, in no time at all they were on the table surrounded by mountains of food and there in the middle stood the most magical house of all...a house made of Gingerbread!
All of a sudden, they felt the familiar vibrations..."Humans!!" they squeaked and as they ran, one little mouse knocked into a Gingerbread Man that was standing outside the Gingerbread House, "Oooo you'll do" squeaked the little mouse and as fast as his little paws could carry him and his prize, he ran all the way back to Mouseville.
It was therefore rather a shock when Mr & Mrs Mouse opened their door to a Gingerbread Mouse in a little red hat "Merry Christmas!!" squeaked Ginger.
