Cosinests post your cosy orders out to you with Royal Mail Tracked® with Signature service. Whilst we appreciate this is a bit more expensive, this way you can track your order and we can ensure you receive your goods. We send it Tracked 48, unless you contact us and specify it is urgent, then if we can we will send it Tracked 24, for you.
Costs
Each cosy item has been weighed and the postage cost is calculated on the weight of your entire order. This will therefore vary dependant on what you are ordering, how much it weighs and what postage size parcel it fits in. Should you at any time feel this cost is inaccurate, please don't hesitate to email us and we will gladly look into this for you cosinests@outlook.com
Delivery Time
- Royal Mail Tracked 48® with Signature aims to deliver within 2 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24® with Signature aims to deliver within 1 working day
Please note that during the busy Christmas period these delivery times may vary and we would always encourage our customers to order in plenty of time to accommodate for any delays.
Being sent tracked and signed for we hope gives the added security of; proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver and being able to track your item online.
Order Handling
Orders are packed and processed between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be posted out the same day. Most of the year we do not post out at the weekend, but at especially busy times of year (Christmas) we will endeavour to process your orders throughout the whole week to get your items winging their way to you as quickly as we can.
Please don't hesitate to let us know of any urgency and we will always try out best to ensure a speedy delivery.
Outside the UK
Ordering online is currently only set for UK mainland postal services.
If you live further afield, you can email us at cosinests@outlook.com and we will happily look into this for you. However due to increasing shipping costs and not being able to track your cosy orders overseas, as a small company this is not viable for us at this time.
Sending a Special Gift?
If you are ordering a gift that you would like us to post straight to the recipient on your behalf, please add their address to the shipping details. You can also let us know on the notes section of your order.
Alternatively email us with your order number at cosinests@outlook.com and we can even put a little personalised note in from you, to add that extra cosy touch.
