Returns

Our Cosinests returns policy is within 14 days.

If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return; your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

To return your item within the 14 days please;

  1. Email us at cosinests@outlook.com with your order number, a brief description for your reason for wanting to return an item
  2. We will reply to your email and if necessary may request you email us with  photographic evidence
  3. We will then send you a returns address should we both be in agreement
  4. Please include your packing slip with the order number on or a copy of our email trail, in your returns parcel
  5. We highly recommend you return items using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Or we will not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning your items and your original postage and return postage will NOT be included in any refunds

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are non refundable.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if we can see they have arrived with you clearly defective or damaged, as above please email us at cosinests@outlook.com and we will be able to advise further.

 

Refunds

On receipt of your return you will receive an email from Cosinests confirming either approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations where refunds are rejected or only given partial refunds:

  • Items arrive with obvious signs of use
  • Returned item received by us; are no longer in original packaging, not in a good condition, damaged or missing parts

    You will be given a refund via the original payment method and this will be processed within 7days.

    As stated above, your original postage and return postage will NOT be included in your refund

     

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund within the 7 days, please first check the payment methods account or contact your payment provider. Different payment providers have different processing times.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at cosinests@outlook.com and we will happily look into this for you.
